How long does shipping take?
Order Processing
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after being placed. This processing time includes verifying payment and preparing your items for shipment.
WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL!
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received tracking details, please check your spam folder. If you’re still unable to locate it, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Distinxion is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@distinxion.com and we will do our best to help.
Order Delays & Shipping Issues
While we strive to ensure fast, reliable delivery,external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and customs processing may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Domestic Delays:
Orders may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions or public holidays. Please check the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible:
- Lost Packages:
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier. - Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the items. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll work to resolve the issue by offering a return or exchange.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes.
What materials do you use for your clothing?
We use a mix of high-quality, sustainable fabrics such as organic cotton, wool blends, leather, satin, and eco-friendly technical fabrics. Our goal is to create luxurious, durable, and comfortable clothing that stands the test of time while being mindful of the environment.
How do I care for my Distinxion pieces?
To ensure your Distinxion items last, we recommend following the care instructions on the garment's label. Most items are machine washable, but delicate fabrics may require hand washing or dry cleaning. For leather or specialized materials, we suggest using professional care to maintain their look and texture.
